R1 TOKYO Bar&Restaurant, which opened in July 2021, aims to be a restaurant that practices sustainable gastronomy by actively promoting initiatives that we can take as a restaurant.
Since our opening, we have been providing our customers with healthy, environmentally friendly, and sustainable Italian cuisine. By using a variety of ingredients, our chefs are able to offer seasonal menus with creative cooking methods.
We also contribute to the problem of food loss with a high level of awareness to avoid waste, and we serve each dish with care.
As the owner and staff are multinational, we are familiar with global issues, and therefore, we are able to provide a wide range of services.
We will continue to actively engage in volunteer and social contribution activities that transcend national borders, such as TABLE FOR TWO (activities to deliver school lunches to Asia and Africa).
We will continue to work together to create a restaurant that our customers can truly enjoy with peace of mind.
